Iris is one of the most renowned creative leaders in the advertising industry in Greater China. She began her career at Synergie Advertising, which later became the Ball Partnership, where she made her name with the iconic Solvil et Titus 鉄達時 TVC that set a new benchmark for Chinese slogans at the time.
Since then, she has built her career with leadership roles at several international 4As agencies including O&M, JWT, Bates and M&C Saatchi. She was also one of the few creative leaders ever to take on the demanding dual roles of Executive Creative Director and Managing Director when she joined DraftFCB, W+K Shanghai and RedLion Publicis.
Her work has not only been recognised locally, but also highly acclaimed in international award shows such as: The One Show, the London International Advertising Awards and the Cannes Lion Awards.
In 2010 and 2013, Iris was elected Chairman of the Hong Kong Kam Fan Creative Committee and Chairman of the HK EFFIE Awards in 2012.
Iris was also invited to be one of the judges for the Cannes Lions Awards, AdFest, Spikes Singapore, D&AD, the New York Film Festival, HK 4As, HK EFFIE, TVB Awards, Taipei China Times Awards, The China 4As Award, China ROI Awards and the Longxi Awards.
Her famous Chinese slogan “不在乎天長地久, 只在乎曾經擁有“ and “只要有夢想, 凡事可成真“ plus some naming projects such as “圓方“, “Ngong Ping 360” and “Popcorn” have become household names throughout Hong Kong.
